Pre-Order, Made-to-Order & Personalised Products
Products identified as Pre-Order, Made-to-Order, Customised, Personalised or similar are manufactured, decorated or supplied specifically in response to customer orders and are not generally held as stock.
By purchasing these products, you acknowledge that:

Production and delivery timeframes are estimates only.

Orders cannot generally be modified or cancelled once production has commenced.

You are responsible for selecting the correct size, colour and personalisation details.

These products are not eligible for return, exchange or refund for change of mind, incorrect size selection or customer ordering errors.
This does not affect rights available under applicable consumer protection laws. If we supply an incorrect, damaged or faulty product, an appropriate remedy will be provided.
Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that the information supplied is accurate and complete, you are authorised to use the payment method, and the delivery details are correct.
We may refuse, cancel or limit an order where fraud, misuse, pricing errors or availability issues are identified. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method.
Payment
Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit card details.
Gift Cards
Gift Card purchases and redemptions are subject to our Gift Card Terms & Conditions.

Gift Cards are redeemable only on the website specified on the Gift Card.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address supplied at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates only.
Risk in the goods passes upon delivery to the nominated address. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, suppliers, weather or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for duties, taxes, customs charges and other government-imposed fees applicable in the destination country, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Returns & Refunds
