Gift Card Terms & Conditions

1. General

Belgravia Apparel gift cards ("Gift Cards") are issued by Belgravia Sports Apparel Pty Ltd and are redeemable exclusively at the Belgravia Apparel Shop website: www.belgraviaapparelshop.com

Gift Cards are delivered electronically via email and contain a unique code that can be redeemed during checkout.

2. Validity & Expiry

Gift Cards purchased on or after 1 November 2019 are valid for a minimum period of three (3) years from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. No activation, processing, account keeping or balance enquiry fees apply.

The expiry date (or expiry period) will be displayed on the Gift Card or in the accompanying email.

Any unused balance remaining after the expiry date will no longer be available for use.

3. Redemption

Gift Cards may be used for full or partial payment of eligible purchases made through www.belgraviaapparelshop.com.

If the value of a purchase exceeds the available Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.

If the full Gift Card balance is not used in one transaction, the remaining balance may be used towards future eligible purchases until the Gift Card expires.

Multiple Gift Cards may be used in a single transaction where supported by the website platform.

4. Exclusions

Gift Cards:

• Cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
• Cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.
• Cannot be reloaded, topped up or transferred for value.
• Are not legal tender, account cards, credit cards or debit cards.

5. Gift Card Balance

Customers are responsible for monitoring their available Gift Card balance.

Belgravia Apparel reserves the right to correct any balance discrepancies arising from system errors, technical issues or fraudulent activity.

6. Lost, Stolen or Unauthorised Use

Gift Cards should be treated like cash.

Belgravia Apparel is not responsible for lost, stolen, deleted, incorrectly delivered or unauthorised use of Gift Card codes. Where the original purchase can be verified and the remaining balance confirmed, we may, at our sole discretion, assist with reissuing a replacement Gift Card.

7. Refunds & Returns

Gift Card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Where an eligible purchase made using a Gift Card is refunded in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy, the refund will generally be credited back to the original Gift Card or issued as store credit at Belgravia Apparel's discretion.

If a purchase was made using both a Gift Card and another payment method, any refund may be apportioned accordingly.

8. Promotional Discounts

Gift Cards may be used in conjunction with promotional discounts or coupon codes unless expressly stated otherwise as part of a particular promotion.

Belgravia Apparel reserves the right to exclude Gift Card transactions from selected promotional offers where permitted by law.

9. Fraud & Misuse

Belgravia Apparel reserves the right to:

• Cancel, suspend or refuse redemption of any Gift Card.
• Refuse any transaction.
• Request additional verification from customers.

These actions may be taken where fraud, misuse, unauthorised activity, unlawful conduct or a breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected.

10. Technical Issues

Belgravia Apparel is not liable for Gift Cards that cannot be redeemed due to technical issues beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, website interruptions or email delivery failures.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Belgravia Apparel's liability in connection with a Gift Card is limited to the remaining balance of that Gift Card.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Belgravia Apparel may amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Any changes will be published on www.belgraviaapparelshop.com. Changes will not affect Gift Cards already issued except where required or permitted by law.
