Once you email, your enquiry will be sent to the relevant Sales Manager who will endeavour to contact you at their earliest convenience.

Please send photos of the “faulty” item with a description of the circumstances to Online.sports@belgraviaapparel.com so we can provide feedback to our production team.
This allows us to find the best solution for you in the most efficient way.
Please send an email to Online.sports@belgraviaapparel.com with the product description and size of the item you desire.
Alternatively, contact your club directly to confirm whether they will be ordering more of the item you desire.
We offer personalisation on limited garments. Please check on your club store page to confirm the garment can be personalised. If not, this layout without personalisation has been approved by the club and will not be an option to add.
If the garment does have the option to add personalisation, send your order #, garment and desired personalisation to Online.sports@belgraviaapparel.com and we will update your order and provide an invoice.
*Please note, we cannot make changes if:
- Your order is a Pre-Order item, and the campaign has ended
- Your order is a stocked item, and the order has been fulfilled

If the item is a “Pre-Order” item and the campaign is still running, send your order # and garment size changes to Online.sports@belgraviaapparel.com.
If the campaign ordering timeline is complete, we cannot refund or exchange any Pre-Order sale items due to all Pre-Order sale items being made to order.
Please purchase a new order and your items will be fulfilled separately. If you have received your order and realize you ordered more than desired, please see our Refunds Policy and follow the process.
If the item is a “Pre-Order” item and the campaign is still running, please send your order #, garment and amended quantities to Online.sports@belgraviaapparel.com.
If the campaign ordering timeline is complete, we cannot amend your order as all Pre-Order items are made to order.
If you have selected to collect from the club, please contact them to confirm your order is ready for collection.
If you have ordered with home delivery, please email Online.sports@belgraviaapparel.com with your order # requesting tracking information.
If the item is a “Pre-Order” item, please check the club store page and check the date listed in the “Dispatch from Warehouse date”. If we are currently prior to that date, your order will be with you very soon.
If the date listed has passed, please send your order # and missing garment to Online.sports@belgraviaapparel.com.
