• As pre-order items are custom made for you, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges on these products.

• Match shorts and match socks are compulsory to purchase if you are playing - all other items are optional (however if you already have shorts and socks you don't need new ones)
• It is optional to purchase a match jersey:
• The club will purchase a set of jerseys in a variety of sizes and jersey numbers that you can wear on match day, but you may not be able to choose your number or wear the same number each match
• If you want to guarantee your own jersey number, you should purchase your own jersey
• For men purchasing their own match jersey, ensure you select 35s or 45s – this is to avoid issues with duplicate numbers in teams
• Ensure you select the right type of apparel – Ladies or Unisex
• Note that Youth sizes are available in the Unisex items for training shorts, training singlet and match shorts - so you can buy for your kids!
• For the Duffle Bag, if you personalise with your nickname, the maximum number of characters is 7, otherwise you can put your initials
• You can elect to receive your goods for collection from the club (free) or direct to your home (shipping cost calculated at checkout)
