Shipping Policy
Belgravia Apparel ships orders throughout Australia, New Zealand and selected international destinations.
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through www.belgraviaapparelshop.com, www.belgraviaapparelshop.co.nz, vendor-branded stores, managed club stores and managed retail programs operated by Belgravia Apparel.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed once payment has been successfully received.
Processing times may vary depending on product availability, customisation or decoration requirements, supplier availability, peak trading periods, public holidays and operational interruptions outside our reasonable control.
Orders are not generally processed on weekends or public holidays unless otherwise advised.
In-Stock Products
Products identified as In Stock are generally dispatched after the order has been processed.
Dispatch and delivery timeframes displayed on our websites are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Pre-Order, Made-to-Order & Personalised Products
Products identified as Pre-Order, Made-to-Order, Personalised, Customised or similar are manufactured, sourced or decorated specifically in response to customer orders.
Estimated dispatch or delivery timeframes for these products will be stated on the relevant product, collection or program page.
Where an order contains both in-stock and pre-order, made-to-order or personalised products, Belgravia Apparel may:

Ship the complete order once all items are available.

Split the order into separate shipments where operationally appropriate.

Charge additional shipping costs where a customer requests a split shipment.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand and selected international destinations.
Shipping availability may vary depending on the product, delivery destination and carrier restrictions.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary according to the delivery location, order value, package size and weight, and selected shipping method.
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided as a guide only. While we work with our shipping partners to meet estimated delivery dates, we cannot guarantee delivery by a particular date.

International Orders, Duties & Taxes

Belgravia Apparel does not control customs charges or processing timeframes.
Delivery Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information at checkout.
Belgravia Apparel is not responsible for delays, losses or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses, failure to collect a parcel, refusal of delivery or circumstances caused by the recipient, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Additional shipping charges may apply where a parcel must be redirected, returned or sent again.
Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided using the contact details supplied with the order.
A carrier delivery scan, signature or other delivery confirmation may be used as evidence that an order was delivered to the nominated address.
Authority to Leave
Where you select or provide an authority-to-leave instruction, you authorise the carrier to leave the parcel at the nominated location without obtaining a signature.
You are responsible for ensuring the nominated location is secure and suitable for delivery. This does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Missing, Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If you believe an order has been lost in transit, damaged during delivery or delivered incorrectly, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible.
To assist with the investigation, we may request your order number, photographs of the packaging or products, tracking details and other information reasonably required by the carrier.
We will work with the relevant carrier and provide an appropriate remedy where required under applicable consumer law.
Risk & Ownership
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the nominated delivery address.
Ownership of the goods remains with Belgravia Apparel until payment has been received in full.
Seasonal & Promotional Periods
During peak periods, including major promotions, holiday trading periods and product launches, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.
Where seasonal order cut-off dates apply, including Christmas delivery dates, they will be published separately on the relevant website, product collection or promotional page.
Published cut-off dates apply only to the products and destinations specified and remain subject to stock availability, order processing, carrier performance and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts or modifies rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws in Australia or New Zealand.
