CLUB INFORMATION 

1. Please note that NB and MEJFC operate a strict no-refund policy. Families are strongly encouraged to attend the Uniform Try-On Day prior to the uniform store closing to ensure correct sizing.
   If your player is currently waitlisted, please do not purchase uniform items until your place in the program has been confirmed.
   Loan uniforms will be available for interim use until the next uniform order. To arrange a loan uniform, please email merchandise@mtelizajfc.com.au with your required sizes. These will be available for collection at the Open Day in March.
2. U8 players should not purchase a game-day jersey. U8s are required to purchase game day shorts and red socks. The club will provide a team kit, which will be distributed by your Team Manager prior to Round 1.
   
3. Jersey Numbers (On-Field Apparel Only) MEJFC will liaise directly with NB regarding jersey numbers for on-field apparel (players may choose any number for training tops). Please do not contact NB directly to request a number. Under the club’s updated policy, players will retain the same jersey number as last season wherever possible. In the event of a number clash within an age group, the number will be retained by the player with more games played, with the other player allocated a new number. As a club of our size, and with players moving between age groups, mixed-gender teams, and players playing both up and down, we are unable to accommodate individual number requests. Jersey numbers are allocated through a carefully considered and consistent system, and we appreciate families’ understanding and cooperation.
